Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Zunaro Pakistan at zunaro.pk (the “Service”). By creating an account, publishing an event or registering for one, you accept these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you accept them on its behalf.

Who we are

Zunaro Pakistan is operated by Zunaro Technologies (Private) Limited, a company incorporated in Pakistan, whose office is at Suite 701, Anum Estate Building, Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi 75400, Sindh, Pakistan. “Zunaro”, “we”, “us” and “our” in these Terms mean Zunaro Technologies (Private) Limited.

The Service

Zunaro lets organizers publish events and issue tickets, and lets guests register for them and receive their tickets. Zunaro provides the platform only: each event is the organizer’s, and the organizer, not Zunaro, is responsible for it, its content and what happens at it.

Accounts

You must be 18 or over to open an organizer account. Give accurate information, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what is done with it.

Organizers

• Run lawful events, with every permission the law or the venue requires, describe them accurately, and pay the taxes and duties your event owes.
• Honour the tickets you issue, and tell your guests promptly if an event changes or is cancelled.
• Use your guests’ information only for your event and as the law allows, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
• Do not use the Service for anything prohibited under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016.
• Ask your guests only for what your event needs. If you ask for an ID such as a CNIC number, you are responsible for keeping it safe.
• If a claim is brought against Zunaro because of your event or your breach of these Terms, you will cover the loss it causes Zunaro.

Tickets and entry

A ticket is issued by the organizer through Zunaro, by email, with its own QR code. It is for the guest named on it and may not be sold on or copied. Entry is up to the organizer and the venue, whose rules apply, including any check of your identity. If you lose your ticket, open it again from the email.

Changes and cancellations

If an organizer changes or cancels an event, they tell their guests, and we pass on the notice by email where the organizer gives it to us. Any refund for a paid event will follow the organizer’s stated policy and the law.

Fees

Free events are free: there is no fee to publish one or to register for one. For paid events, contact us at [email protected].

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading;
• publish an event you are not entitled to organize;
• interfere with the Service or try to reach parts of it that are not yours;
• upload anything harmful, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights.

Your content, and ours

You keep what you upload, and allow us to host and show it as needed to run the Service. The Service itself, its software, design and name, is ours.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided as it is, and we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for an event itself, which is its organizer’s. Nothing in these Terms limits a right that the law of Pakistan does not allow to be limited.

Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by something outside our reasonable control, such as a natural disaster, a public emergency, or a failure of the internet or of power.

Suspension and closure

You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or puts the Service or its users at risk.

Law and courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts at Karachi decide any dispute about them.

Changes to these Terms

We will post any change here with a new date, and tell organizers by email before a significant change takes effect. Using the Service after that accepts the change.
